CLR Night Fundraiser

A huge thank you to Meg Brown Home Furnishings and everyone who came out for our first CLR night! It was a fabulous success with lots of fun, food and fundraising - over $500!! Thanks also to Classics Sports Bar, Haj Paj, Tina Merhoff, 40 Volume Hair Studio, Rebecca & Co, Meg Brown and LaVida Massage for their generous prize donations.

Charity Chicks Day at the Dash

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our 'Concert for a Cause,' all the volunteers, wine and dessert donors, and especially Lori and Friends for putting on an amazing concert!

The concert raised over $3000! What a fantastic night of beautiful music, great food and fun. Over 200 people came out to support the Community Care Center!

Our first big fundraising event was a huge success thanks to the help of our fantastic table captains, raffle sponsors and Dr. William Satterwhite II of Twin City Pediatrics. His talk on the importance of unstructured play was fantastic. Extra thanks to Dr. William Satterwhite III for joining us, The Historic Brookstown Inn for all their help and a wonderful breakfast! We raised almost $3000.00 for the Community Care Center!

Skirt! After Work at Nobles Grille

September 16th, 2009

Our first big event was a huge success thanks to everyone at Skirt! Magazine and Nobles Grille!! We had close to 100 chicks come out in support of the Community Care Center!

We collected 541 tubes of toothpaste, 268 toothbrushes, 33 packages of dental floss and 7 bottles of mouthwash to donate to the CCC!! The beautiful pictures here were taken by PB & J Photography - Thank You!

Thank you to Skirt! Magazine for hosting this event with us, Nobles Grille for the great space, food and service, Dewey's Bakery for the tasty cake squares, and everyone who came out to make this event a success!

Pfaffapalooza!! July 18, 2009

Hosted by Mary Henshaw, a blast was had by all (check out the pictures)! Charity Chicks collected a bucketful of toothbrushes, toothpaste and other dental supplies to donate to the CCC, and gave many people a chance to learn about the Chicks! Thank you so much to the Henshaws for supporting Charity Chicks and the Community Care Center!
